It will look at the different expectations between those already in the workforce and those joining it, and the challenges and opportunities this presents – whether it’s redesigning job roles, reforming education and training and providing different routes into health and care careers, developing a system that embraces flexible working, creating spaces for digital collaboration, or supporting moves to shift care out of hospital and into the community. Attendees will consider how those working in health and care can be supported to make the most of these opportunities against the backdrop of deep-seated cultural issues in the health and care system.
