We are excited to announce the release of a new video: Developing a culture of co-production.
Working alongside our Partner organisations and people with lived experience, we have recently added to our existing Co-production Model in order to highlight the ways that organisations can effectively embed co-production.
Together, we identified a number of operational focus areas which combine to form the basis of an effective co-production culture. These elements can be thought of as a ‘co-production mindset’ rather than a strict set of rules, which work best when adapted to each situation.
This video runs through the elements needed to develop a culture of co-production.
