We’re delighted to announce that the Coalition for Personalised Care has secured funding allowing us to recruit a dedicated team of professionals to manage and support our work. The team will consist of a Coalition Manager, a Membership Support Officer and a Communications Officer. These positions will provide all of the key appointments needed to underpin the Coalition’s ambitious work programme over the next few years.
The newly appointed staff will be hosted for us by Community Catalysts, who have been providing invaluable support to the Coalition since we re-launched back in October 2020.
“We are really pleased to continue and strengthen our support for C4PC as hosts. It’s clear that personalised care is key to tackling social care and health inequalities and we’re proud to host a partnership committed to helping personalisation become a reality for all. We’re excited to be recruiting new roles to C4PC and our team.” – Pip Cannons, CEO at Community Catalysts
The roles offer the opportunity to play a leading role in supporting the development of the Coalition – the single largest partnership of people and organisations in the country which comes together solely to focus on personalised health and care. We believe that care based on what matters to people, is what matters most and we are committed to ensuring that personalised care is a reality for everyone using health and care services in England and Wales.
“These are turbulent and exciting times in the Health and Care sector, but we are confident that our new team will create a sustainable platform on which to seize the emerging opportunities to make Personalised Care the norm across all future frontline Healthcare practice.” Kim Ryley – Chair of C4PC
The new team is likely to be in place in the next few months.
