We are very pleased to welcome a new Partner to the Coalition for Personalised Care (C4PC): Imagineer Development UK CIC (Imagineer). With a focus on independent support brokerage and person-centred support planning, Imagineer shares many goals and objectives with C4PC and our Partner organisations.

Imagineer’s mission is to facilitate an empowering society and culture that supports people to live their best lives. They do this through the facilitation of self-directed support, support brokerage and community development.

Imagineer’s Managing Director, Liz Murphy, explains that “At Imagineer, we creatively work alongside people who are developing their support plan or person-centred plan, helping to facilitate conversations to gather necessary details. This ensures that the person’s wishes are clearly and accurately expressed in their plan.

“Joining the Coalition gives us the opportunity to collaborate on projects or research, and build a wider understanding and stronger evidence base for self-directed support and strengths-based approaches.”

Emma Geldart, C4PC Programme Manager, tells us, “Imagineer’s focus on keeping the person at the centre of their support plan is an excellent example of Personalised Care best practice.

“Sharing Imagineer’s resources, thought leadership papers and knowledge will be a hugely valuable contribution to the Coalition.”
