MedicAlert is a medical ID charity which supports over 45,000 individuals to keep them safe in an emergency and provide them with peace of mind.

With members coming from all walks of life, MedicAlert supports people living with multiple conditions that are not visible or obvious to those around them, giving them the confidence to be active and join in with everyday activities. MedicAlert IDs can also save lives in emergency situations.

Kirsten Giles, MedicAlert CEO, tells us, “At MedicAlert, we are always looking to build strong partnerships with charities that support people with numerous health conditions.

“We are also keen to drive awareness amongst the public and health professionals, to ensure that everyone understands the importance of checking for MedicAlert ID jewellery.

“Joining the Coalition will help us to broaden our network of healthcare professionals, enabling us to bring our service to as many individuals as possible.”

As part of their service, MedicAlert provides advice and education for emergency services and healthcare professionals, and provides training and resource materials for them to share.

This supports people toward a safer, fitter, happier and healthier lifestyle and promotes inclusion, peace of mind, safety, and well-being.
