The framework is aspirational; providing a collective set of goals for local authorities and care providers to work towards as they take steps towards digitisation. It has been developed as part of NHS England and DHSC’s wider collection of What Good Looks Like guidance to support health and social care leaders with digital transformation. This includes WGLL for Integrated Care Systems which will be refreshed in the coming weeks.
